2 and a half weeks later and I still have not received my package. I understand business is business, but at a certain point things begin to just be very frustrating and unacceptable. I have missed out on two weeks worth of sales, not to mention I have already made the promise to many customers that I’d have the new product for them.. I don’t even know the condition of the product I purchased , or rather I like it or not, but what I do know is this is horrible business. I have not been compensated for my lost, nor have I been compensated for the shipping and handling that I paid for. I don’t know who dropped the ball on their end, but this is just unacceptable to a business owner, and I will not be shopping here any more and I encourage many other buyers to shop with caution if you choose this supplier. I go with fears that I’ll lose money before I even get the product.. I will add updates to this review when I receive the product. And being that it’s Thursday, 11/02/2017 (product was ordered 15 days ago on Wednesday 10/18/2017) I’m sure I wont receive it until Wednesday of next week which will be 3 weeks I had to wait , not to mention another sales weekend (first of the month) that I’m missing. Terrible business and terrible service.
