The buyer asked to cancel the order an hour after giving payment and when I didn't respond right away disputed the payment. I tried to make it right by offering to include whatever they liked in their custom order but ended up refunding to end the payment dispute. A lot of trouble and time, unfortunately for buyers remorse.
