3. Place the heat transfer film facing up and the adhesive side down on the substrate.

5. Separate a thin layer of fabric on the surface of the heat transfer and press evenly with force.

7. If it is difficult to tear off, repeat step 5.

Precautions:
1. If there is a press machine, try to use a press machine to iron it to ensure that the temperature and pressure meet the requirements and the quality of the finished product is better;
2. If you use a household iron (note that it cannot be a steam iron), do not stay in one place for too long when ironing. Press back and forth with even force, and press more on the edges to prevent warping;
3. After ironing, try to wait 24 hours before washing;
4. Avoid rubbing too hard when washing by hand. Turn the heat transfer inside when washing by machine.
