Is this 300 pieces or 100 pieces? Listing says both. Also, are these small child sizes or adult sizes?

No it is 300 pcs for $99.99 plus$19.99 for shipping. Also these are kiddie sized rings-- for children/young adults. Cost is basically $ .35 per ring--super deal!
