Things were overall well. There was a small bottle of Big Sexy Shampoo that came open during shipping and got everything covered with shampoo... That has been kind of a nightmare to resolve. The products are great and if it wasn't for the shampoo fiasco I would be very very pleased with the order. I suggest requesting that the shampoo bottles be taped shut so future orders are not damaged as well.
